SME Guarantee Programme

avales_para_pyme The Spanish Refinancing Company (CERSA) partially refinances the guarantees awarded to self-employed workers and SMEs by Mutual Guarantee Associations. In order to maintain this activity, an annual contribution in the form of a subvention to be paid into the technical provisions fund (FPT) of the company that will have to cover any provisions and irrecoverable funds that may arise is necessary. The Directorate General of SME Policy (DGPYME) subventions these contributions through the SME Guarantee Programme.

Conditions governing the refinancing provided by CERSA to Mutual Guarantee Associations as part of this Programme:

The Maximum Percentage of Cover will depend n the characteristics of the SMEs and those of the assets financed through the guarantee operations:

Total Amount of Guarantee:	up to €625,000 per company
Term:	up to 10 years.
Yearly Commission:	up to 1.25% on the active risk.
Study Costs:	up to 0.5% on the nominal risk.
