Enterprise Europe Network

The Enterprise Europe Network is one of the most important support tools available to European SMEs in their efforts to improve innovation and competitiveness. It includes almost 500 entrepreneurial organizations that form approximately 70 consortiums covering the entire European Union. The aims of the new network are to integrate the services previously offered by the EICs and IRCs into one single organization, offer greater geographical proximity, increase the quality and professionalism of the services, and simplify administrative proceedings.

More specifically, the Enterprise Europe Network offers the following services:

  1. Assistance for companies working towards internationalization.
  2. Services related to innovating new products.
  3. Access to EU projects and financing.
  4. It provides information to the European Commission. It will act as a two-way network between companies and the Commission, sending information and points of view in both directions.
