Technical and financial report on the plan of action

A contents guide [es] will be provided and should be taken into account and followed by the body requesting the aid when drawing up their own Report, which, once completed, should be sent as an attached file along with the rest of the required documentation.

This Report must include all aspects deemed necessary to assess the plan of action in accordance with the aims and evaluation criteria established in the call for applications.

The index provided is a standardized index and, as such, cannot envisage or fully respond to the specific characteristics of each different plan of action. Therefore, where strictly necessary, the body requesting the aid must provide all the data and information required in order to fully appreciate the true scope and dimension of the plan.

Statement of compliance regarding aid requested or received from Public Administrations

The declaration regarding other Aid must also be filled out and submitted as an attached file. In the event the aid referred to was not requested or has not been granted, this must be reflected in the corresponding sections by writing “0 Euro” or in the column that refers to the amount.

Statement regarding Applicant’s Links to Third Parties

In the event the benefiting entity has links with the bodies hired to draft the strategic plan referred to in the technical report proof of these must be provided.

Powers of attorney of the party signing the application

It is necessary to accredit the powers of attorney of the party signing. The presentation of this document will not be necessary when it is already in the possession of the Directorate-General for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, in which case an indication must be given, on the application questionnaire, of the file number that was notified at the time. No more than five years must have elapsed since the conclusion of the corresponding procedure.
