Lines of action

Organizational Innovation and Advanced Management

  • Support for projects that involve the adoption of new innovative business models that will lead to improvements in different areas of the company, such as:
    • How production is organized.
    • Relationships with suppliers or clients.
    • Innovation in marketing plans.
    • Environmental management.
    • Innovation in energy efficiency.
    • Innovation in logistics and distribution.
    • Innovation in Human Resources.
    • Integration of business management systems.
  • Support for carrying out situational analyses and for drafting and implanting strategic plans.
  • Support for product design. In this case, elements such as graphic design, wrapping, packaging and communication can be included provided these are for a new product.

Technological Innovation and Quality

  • Drawing up plans for technological improvements by providing companies with advice through technological centres, other research centres and specialized technical advisors regarding the implantation of specific solutions.
  • Carrying out applied technological development projects.
  • Supporting implantation, technological certification and certification according to the regulations laid out in the Spanish Regulations UNE 166.001 - R+D+i Projects and UNE 166.002 - R+D+i Management Systems.
  • Supporting the implantation and certification of environmental management systems (UNE-EN-ISO 14001), quality management systems (UNE-EN- ISO-9001) when accompanying the former, EFQM business excellence, and Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27001 or any future versions). Collaborative innovation projects

  • Support for projects presented by groups of companies dedicated to activities that form part of a product's value chain through the joint implantation of integrated logistic management projects, environmental or energy projects, and any other innovative projects implanted as a joint effort, such as concurrent engineering or distributed design, which are aimed at improving processes and projects of companies linked through the value chain.
  • Identifying the technological needs, developing common technical and organizational solutions and the use of shared advanced services by small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
