Regional allocation

Budget allocation for regional projects included in the programme is decided at the Sectoral Conference for Small- and Medium- Sized Enterprises, based on objective criteria reached by a consensus of the Board of General Directors of Small- and Medium- Sized Enterprises, formed by representatives of the Directorate General of SME policy and representatives of the autonomous regions with the aim of coordinating innovation strategies for the country as a whole.
