The Spanish Rebonding Company 

A holding company of the Directorate General of SME policy, which is chiefly dedicated to rebonding or partially covering the risks assumed by Mutual Guarantee Associations with small- and medium-sized enterprises that need additional guarantees to solve their financial problem. As regards financing, priority is given to investments and innovative projects, as well as microcompanies and new or recently created firms.

It currently has several ongoing collaborative agreements with the European Investment Fund, the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade and the Regulation Fund of the Spanish Fishing and Marine Industry.

The Official Credit Institute - ICO holds 23.81% of the capital.
