The Enterprise Creation Advisory and Initiation Points (PAIT) 

The Enterprise Creation Advisory and Initiation Points (Puntos de Asesoramiento e Inicio de Tramitación - PAITs) are offices that depend on Public Administrations and public or private entities, as well as on professional associations, business organizations, and chambers of commerce.

The One-Stop Corporate Shops (Ventanilla Única Empresarial) can also carry out the same functions as the PAITs.

The PAITs has two missions:

• To provide face-to-face information and consultancy services to entrepreneurs so that these can to define and process their business initiatives on-line. These services will also be available during the early years of the Limited Liability Company.
• To begin the administrative procedure necessary to start up the company through the Single Electronic Document (SED).
