The Enterprise Creation Advisory and Initiation Points (PAIT) 

The Enterprise Creation Advisory and Initiation Points (or PAITs) are offices that depend on Public Administrations and public or private entities, as well as on professional associations, business organizations and chambers of commerce.

The One-Stop Corporate Shops (Ventanilla Única Empresariales) can also carry out the same functions as the PAITs.

The PAIT has two missions:

• To provide face-to-face consultancy and information services to entrepreneurs in order to define and process their business initiatives on-line. These services will also be available during the Company’s early years.
• To begin the administrative procedure necessary to start up the company through the Single Electronic Document (SED).
