Europe comes together to serve SMEs
The European activities underway in support of small- and medium-sized enterprises are complementary to those being carried out as part of other community policies, and to those carried out by the Member States in order to design an environment that favours the creation and development of companies.
The Directorate General of SME policy actively participates in both the consultancy and administrative aspects involved in these actions chiefly led by the European's Commission's Directorate General for Enterprise and Industry.
Updated information on the European tools and measures used to help SMEs access markets, encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation is available.
