Its specific aim is to offer finance in the form of Equity Loans characterized by:
- A variable annual interest rate that depends on how the business activity carried out by the borrower company evolves.
- Enforcement is subordinate to any other credit or obligation held by the borrower, and they come after general creditors in loan repayment priority.
- Interest is tax-deductible.
- They are considered book equity for the purposes of capital decreases and company liquidation, as established by commercial law.
- In the event of prepayment, the company's own funds must increase the same amount.
