Simplified administrative procedures for creating a company

The main steps carried out by the General State Administration to promote and facilitate the creation of companies in Spain are as follows:

  • Setting up the network of One-Stop Corporate Shops (1999).
  • Law on New Enterprise Limited Companies (2003 - 2004).
  • Business Promotion Plan (passed in January 2006).
