This Initiative specifically aims to bring small- and medium-sized enterprises closer to the concept of CSR, raise their awareness of the importance of incorporating this into their business practices, and help them understand the competitive advantages this would entail when carried out strategically.

Given the close relationship that business organizations and associations and other intermediate bodies maintain with small- and medium-sized enterprises, these are considered the ideal choice when selecting instruments to promote, disseminate, and integrate the concept of CSR among SMEs, to raise their awareness and guide them regarding the implantation and development of good practices in this field, as well as to provide them with the necessary information and guidance regarding the potential competitive advantages that this would entail.
