Financing Entrepreneurs and SMEs  

The Directorate-General of SME Policy directly finances entrepreneurs and SMEs through the Spanish National Company for Innovation (ENISA). 

Furthermore, the Directorate-General of SME Policy has the following tools and programmes available to help entrepreneurs and SMEs access other sources of financing:

  1. Refinancing Mutual Guarantee Associations as part of the following Programmes:
    1. SME Guarantee Programme
    2. Entrepreneur Guarantee Programme
  2. Securitization Fund Programme for SMEs (FTPYME)
  3. Financial Support for Networks of Business Angels that show that they proactively attract and dedicate financing from private investors to innovative projects run by entrepreneurs and SMEs through the new Programme for Boosting Business Angel Networks
